My main worry about going against the Bruins, is that Babcock is going to play Komorov and Martin and Polak.
The leafs need to use their speed to take over the game.

He won't play Martin unless there's a string of injuries. Komarov and Polak would likely have played against Tampa anyway. At least at the start.

Yeah, I think Polak is probably playing every game, no matter which opponent.  I'm wondering if Komarov gets game 1 and 2 in Boston, then Johnnson in for games 3 and 4 at home.

As expected Jim Hughson and Craig Simpson get the Boston Toronto series.

Bob Cole left off Sportsnet playoff roster.

When they get Riley Nash and Rick Nash back, which they should be for game one, their second line will be pretty good.

How long until Marchand cheap shots a Leaf, and who will it be?

Game 2. Andersen. Not sure why I think he'll wait until Game 2.

Cheap shot him first. Get him rattled.

Stick Kadri or Komarov to him like a limpet.

I don't want Komarov anywhere near this playoff lineup, but you can't always get what you want.

Their defence is rock solid, though.

Not true even slightly, Anderson is the better goalie this season and yes there defence is good but losing Carlo hurts. I think we have the most depth between the two teams especially on forward. Don’t sleep on Reilly and Gardiner either both have 50 points for the first time since McCabe and Kaberle

He said 'team' not individual pieces.

I’m going through the ‘teams’ so aside from Bergeron Marchand and Pasternak

how are they better? Even the line mentioned above is a push when the leafs have last change. Go through all four lines side by side and Boston is not the better team. They just aren’t

They play a very good and consistent team game.  The sum is better than the parts.

For the Leafs, I think the parts are better than the sum.  The Leafs just haven't locked down that consistent effort from game to game....hell, from period to period.

We absolutely have the talent to beat the Bruins, but do they have the will to commit to do what it will take yet?

So how much more consistent do you want the franchise record for win leafs team to be....? I’m not saying Boston isn’t a good team. I’m just not calling them world beaters. This is going 7. And the leafs are going to win.
