That has the least SA/G in the league.

Better numbers than Quick. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Friedman: Leafs getting Jack Campbell & Kyle Clifford from LA.

Good.  A left handed catching goalie.

I know. Just don’t want to hope too much. This team will test a goalie.

Don't be.  All right handed catching goalies are abominations.  Not just you.

Cody Ceci has an ankle injury. Out for "awhile" according to Dubas.

He's UFA at the end of the year, so not a long term issue.

The LTIR relief he provides is pretty meh, so it might even be better if he's healthy sooner rather than later. Leaves the door open for a trade. That's the only way to get his full hit off the cap.

Furthermore if he is healthy it's unlikely he would accept being banished to Robidas Island. He's 26, has no injury history, and will be looking to restart his career somehwere else in the summer. Robidas Island is a career killer.

High ankle sprain. That’s 6-8 weeks minimum.

So in other words done for the season.

Also Dubas seemed to hint that Rielly may not be back until the playoffs. Meaning the Leafs would have his caphit to play with as well.

If they can't bounce back for the love of god please let our first be a Top 10 pick.

What's our window?

Nylander is 23, Marner and Matthews are 22. So the next 10-13 years?

That's a little disingenuous.

Matthews and Nylander have another 4 years

Tavares and Marner have 5.

Rielly has 2 years

Andersen has 1 year

I suppose. I never really thought about that aspect of it.

I have every confidence that both Andersen and Rielly will be re-signed.

I dont think Freddie will. I think they'll make a move or two down the road for a good young goalie, but this is next year country.

I can see that too.

They need to be 100% of whoever they put their faith in though.

Leafs re-sign Pierre Engvall. 2 years, $1.25-million per year.
